IT Governance provides a structured framework for decision-making around technology initiatives.

We ensure resources are used effectively to achieve the university’s goals. Our work includes:

• Establishing policies and standards for IT projects and operations
• Facilitating collaboration between stakeholders to prioritize and approve technology investments
• Evaluating the alignment of IT initiatives with OSU’s strategic objectives
• Overseeing the implementation of governance processes to promote accountability and transparency
• Supporting the continuous improvement of IT systems and services
