What We Do
IT Governance provides a structured framework for decision-making around technology initiatives.
We ensure resources are used effectively to achieve the university’s goals. Our work includes:
- Establishing policies and standards for IT projects and operations
- Facilitating collaboration between stakeholders to prioritize and approve technology investments
- Evaluating the alignment of IT initiatives with OSU’s strategic objectives
- Overseeing the implementation of governance processes to promote accountability and transparency
