Decision Support (DS) builds and maintains the central university data and reporting environment and enables OSU employees to connect to and understand the data they need to fulfill the core missions of the university.

The Decision Support team at OSU plays a vital role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the university.
We deliver comprehensive Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting services, offering a range of tools and resources to help faculty, staff, and administrators access and utilize data effectively.
Our team develops and maintains the enterprise data platform, providing validated reporting models that ensure consistency and reliability in university data. We empower users with interactive dashboards, standardized BI reports, and self-service data tools, making it easier to analyze trends, monitor performance, and uncover insights.

Our Services
Our Data and Reporting services enable the OSU community's to use data as a strategic asset in decision making and operations.
