About the Award 

The Security Services award recognizes the essential contributions of an individual or group in keeping the OSU IT ecosystem secure. They are vigilant in tracking and recognizing potential threats. They devise structures, practices, or policies to help monitor applications, systems, services, servers and other endpoints. They communicate with the OSU IT community to collaborate on solutions. They are dedicated to continuously improving the security stance of the university.  

Award: Recipient will receive a monetary award and recognition at the May 18, 2023 OSU IT Plenary event.

Eligibility: All faculty, staff, and students in OSU IT are eligible for the award. 

Nominations 

If you are aware of a colleague whose work has improved OSU IT’s security posture, please consider submitting a nomination. Nominations can come from anyone in the OSU IT community. Self-nominations are welcomed.

  1. Up to 500-words describing the individual’s or team’s advancement of OSU IT’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Please describe the impact of the nominee's contributions!
