Our Team

The Organizational Change Management team is led by Carolyn Rothwell, the Organizational Change Manager. The team includes the IT Learning and Development Program Lead and the Strategic Partners team. Together, we combine expertise in change management, training, and strategic engagement to help the OSU community adapt to and thrive in the face of technological advancements.
